Beginning yoga at any age can be intimidating, especially if you haven’t exercised regularly or you are experiencing the effects of a maturing body. If you’re new to yoga or haven’t been for a while and would like to start again, these classes are for you.
In Hatha Yoga the goal is to transform the body through postures and breath control techniques.In time and with regular practise, it can help you to a happier and blissful life beyond the yoga mat. If you would like to improve your general health and well-being, come along to these weekly yoga classes and take time out to take care of you.
£6 drop in or £5 per class when you purchase a Five Class Pass. Please bring your own exercise or yoga mat, wear loose comfortable clothing and arrive at least 15 minutes before the class to register when attending for the first time. *No classes on Bank Holidays
