Essential Safety Information

Tickets

To keep everyone safe, we’re allowing fewer visitors than usual so you can easily keep a distance from other people and enjoy a relaxed, uncrowded visit. This means everyone who visits for a ticketted event must have bought a ticket in advance .

You'll receive a ticket to present on your phone (this doesn't have to be printed) and you'll need to show this at the entrance to get in.

If You Or Someone You Know Is Experiencing Coronavirus Symptoms

Stay home if you’re experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19 (these are listed on the NHS website) or if you’ve recently been in contact with someone who has Covid-19.

If you are unable to use your tickets because you are unwell, contact the ticket issuer in order to arrange a credit or swap.

Arriving At The venue

When you arrive at the entrance of the venue your ticket will be checked.

We recommend you arrive as close to the event start time as possible as there are no areas to meet friends or wait.

You may be asked to join a short socially distanced queue before entering.

Our hosts will be able to help you with any questions when you arrive.

Toilets

Some venues will have toilets open for visitors, including accessible toilets. Staff or Volunteers will be there to direct you.

Following Safety Measures

We want you to feel confident and have the best experience when you visit, so we ask you to please:

· follow our one-way system

· allow a safe distance between staff and other visitors

· use the hand sanitisers around the building

· wear a mask or face covering

Staff will be wearing masks when working, in line with Government guidance on wearing face coverings in shops, we're asking visitors to do so too.

To help with social distancing and allow everyone to move around the Centre with confidence, you may be asked to keep moving if you stop to wait or gather.

Please do everything you can to help keep everyone safe by following these measures. It's possible staff may ask visitors who don't to leave.

What We're Doing to Keep People Safe

As we welcome you back, our number one priority is the health and wellbeing of our visitors and staff, so we’ve introduced a number of measures across the building to help everyone remain safe while they’re here.

We’re following the official Working Safety during Covid-19 Government guidance to make sure the whole building is Covid secure

Measures we’ve introduced so far include:

· Reduced numbers of visitors

· Clear signage to guide people safely around the Centre

· Removal of seating and changes to how you access toilets, lifts and stairs to ensure social distancing

· Hand sanitiser stations at all entrances

· Regular and thorough cleaning of door handles, rails, toilets and other areas

· Taking cards only at our shops and bars

· Asking all staff to wear face coverings while working in the Centre

We’ll continue to review and manage any risks and to respond to any changes in Government guidance, keeping our staff trained and up to date as we go.
